Our advisory consultants will help you establish a roadmap for success. Leveraging proven tools and techniques and on-the-ground operating experience, we have the skills senior leaders need to move fast, make smart decisions and improve business outcomes.
Our advisory services take a simple approach and begin with a Discovery Workshop. This limits risk, helps controls costs, and ensures quality services and deliverables.
The Discovery Workshop
The Discovery Workshop is a facilitated session leveraging Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques and focuses attention on a functional area, program/project initiative, and/or a specific business process. It is designed to take a holistic view and capture knowledge and documentation to identify key challenges, bottlenecks, and issues impacting the current state environment. This information is then analyzed utilizing best practices and insights to brainstorm a desired state with recommendations to improve business processes, add capabilities, and control costs. The workshop is a critical first step in building buy-in and support for successful change and adoption. Benefits include:
- • Targeted scope taking a holistic viewpoint
- • Quickly unlocks and leverages organizational knowledge
- • Structures issues in unique ways, providing clear understanding of challenges and their effects
- • Outlines, qualifies and generates consensus on recommendations
As a result of the Discovery Workshop, a roadmap is developed outlining milestone planning with “quick win” initiatives (Kaizens) and project engagements required to support the desired state. All knowledge collected and outcomes from the workshop are captured in a Findings Document deliverable and presented to the project team.
